What are the treatments available for brain TB disease?

Now, we have methods to confirm the disease along with the facility to know medicines that can kill those causative microorganisms. Going for these tests will help in treating the patient in better way that suits their health condition. The medicines given for lung TB are given for brain TB also. While in lung TB, it is enough to use these medicines for 6 to 9 months but in brain TB it is necessary to use them for 18 to 24 months.

   Is the brain T.B fully curable ?
   My sister had this problem of brain T.B and she is undergoing the treatment at SGPGIMS (PGI)for a long time .

   what more can be done for her ?

   i can feel ur sister’s pain, i myself suffer with tb in the brain. however the pain gets very very bad. which doctor has she seen, the only thing is medication and massaging of the muscle spasm’s to help.

   I have been suffering Brain tb last six month.I am under treatment.I take medicine regularly.now my problem is fat and slow movement.
