- It is preferable to take the food that is easily digested and that to various times but not at a time. The fruit juices like grape, watermelon and so on, which contains the valuable proteins, are to be taken many a times, which gives the instant strength to the body. It is also very good for the health to take the coconut water and buttermilk in between which is good for the body and cools the body.
- In the same way, the raw vegetables like the carrot and the cucumber can also be taken which gives strength to the body.
- The face becomes oily during the summer season and so washing the face with the cold water makes the face fresh and good. Do not wash the face with the water immediately when came from the sun heat.
- By rubbing the face with the ice cubes makes the skin looks fresher.
- Do not use the scrubs during the summer season because, the skin gets more dry without any moisture in the face.
- The oil that is there on the skin is completely removed by using the pack, which contains the tomato and limejuice. In the same way, the blackheads are also removed. If there are rashes or the blackheads on the face, one should not use the limejuice in the mixture of the face pack.

The henna works as the best conditioner for the hair during the summer season.
- Swimming during the summer season is very good for the health. But the hair gets damaged because of the chlorine that is there in the water so it is very important to wear the hair cap during swimming.
