USHTRASANAM GIVES ACTIVE BODY | How to perform USHTRASANA?

ushtrasanaIf body becomes weaker then the respiratory system, disorders in heartbeat, lack of hunger, problems in kidney and liver takes place. The body becomes dead if these digestive systems becomes disorder.  Even the resistance power in the body is also lost if the disease is not recognized. The responsive system and  the active participation of the body becomes weak. All these symptoms are not recognized in the very first stage by  many of the people.  Another dangerous symptom is the muscles become tight and it becomes difficult to move. Many people with their ignorance fail to recognize these changes in their body and neglect of taking the treatment but later on when all the parts of the body are dead they repent for their mistake. The major solution for this problem is to perform ushtrasan in yoga.  By performing this asana the waist, backbone, respiratory system, chest and problems relating to shoulders are cured without any medical treatment.

How to perform USHTRASANA?

Stand straight by keeping their knees on the ground.  Then raise their hands up and be in the same posture for few minutes.  Then by taking the breath slowly inside hands are to be stretched back and should touch the toes. Then after this process the breathed air is to be released out.  And after one minute raising the hands up the waist has to touch the toes.  By performing this asana frequently the body becomes active and healthy.
