There may be many reasons for hair fall and some of the important reasons are the genetic problems, protein and iron deficiency. This problem is also caused due to indigestion problem. For some of them the hair loss is caused due to lack of blood supply to the skull and for this kind of problem the best solution is the Sarvaangaasan in yoga where the blood circulation is done in a proper way to all the parts of the body.
How to do Sarvangaasan?
Sleep straight on the floor and stretch the hands straight then take the air inside and bring the two legs up. For that, the two hands are to be supported to the backbone. After the whole body is raised up to the waist the air that is taken inside is to be slowly released out. At that posture the whole weight of the body will be on the hands and neck only and after 2mins by releasing the air out the body is to be kept down slowly to the ground. By doing this posture daily the blood circulation is done properly and the problem of hair fall is stopped and even the thyroid problem is also cured. This yoga asana is very useful to the diabetes patients in various ways. Even the digestive system also works properly .Taking a good and healthy diet along with these asana is very important.
Note: Those who are having high blood pressure should avoid performing this asana.
