PAINS DUE TO LAPTOP AND RELIEF METHODS / REMEDY & PRECAUTIONS

The direction of the eyes have to be changed for some time on the article available at  20 feet distance. In the rest time the closing and opening of eyelids have to be done more times. Even then also the eyes are found in dry status, then you are advised for artificial tear or eye drops are required. The Laptop screen should be in big size and provided with good light. The eyes direction should be kept always at 90 degree angle.

Generally the people work between the computers surrounded to them i.e., back, side, and in front places. This kind of atmosphere will be found in the Offices.

Due to working with surrounded computers/laptops the Electromagnetic field will give effect on health of the individuals.

REMEDY:

The hands should be kept with a distance of 75 centimeters away from monitors and computers. While you practice like this, the text may appear as small size, and then you can increase the size of the text.

Where as when we work with laptop, people use to bend forward to work. Some times they have to carry the Laptop bag, hence there is possibility of suffering with neck pain and shoulder pain.

PRECAUTIONS:

The special type of stands and tables are made available in the market for convenience use of operators. With these stands the screen can be arranged in   parallel direction to your vision.  Hence there is no necessity to bend the neck.

In fixed timings rest is compulsorily and daily some small exercises practice is required. The hands have to be folded and start turns the hands to back and front of the shoulders. Further the head should be turned slowly in all angles. These exercises have to be done regularly and the necessary rest is required for the operators. If the bag of laptop is necessitated to carry on the shoulders, frequently try to change position of the bag from one shoulder to another shoulder.

LAPTOP USING METHODS 4FOR SAFETY OF WRIST

RSI (REPETITIVE STESS INJURY)

Due to non keeping of the hands in proper position on laptop key board this problem will arise. The fingers of the wrist pain will be caused and also not possible to catch any kind article.  The driving of the vehicle, writing will become very hard to the individuals.

SOLUTION

The Laptop key board should be arranged properly and the fingers should be kept straightly. Further the typing with bended wrist is not correct.
