Is there any software to access the applications on the desktop without minimizing them into the taskbar?

It is common to minimize the softwares when we are using them. It would be nice, if we can send these software applications to the system tray and open them when we need them. It is possible to do like this with the help of minime.

After downloading the software from the site, we get the executive file in the zip format. We should run the minime.exe file and we get the icon in the system file. We get the options like show all, options and close after right clicking. We should arrange the short cut keys for the minimize window and show all options. To do this we should click on the set option and click on the win key along with another option. Fr example we should click win-key + K and save it. Now we should open the required application and click on the short cut key.
