Is there any future with Mutual Funds?


Q. I would like to invest some amount of income in Mutual Funds. At present, one can see stock market is booming. I have chosen 5 months period of time for investments. How will be the growth of mutual funds which are going to come within 5 years? How many mutual funds are there in India?

According to International Monetary Fund (IMF) in our country, domestic demand is going to grow a lot. From 2010 onwards, growth in Mutual Funds can be seen said one organization. In 2004, the value of mutual funds was Rs, 1,50537 Crores and as such, in the near 1 year after it is going to grow double according to some survey. Since last 6 months 100% growth will be seen in Mutual Funds which are successfully launched. Saving rate in our country is 23%.  If we compare with other countries, saving is very less. In our country approximately 29 mutual funds are running several schemes. In America, there are about 800 Mutual Funds. That means in our country, there are many growth rates are possible with mutual Funds. There ia a growth for commodity funds also.

Those who cannot afford investing in capital markets, they can have a chance in investing money in Mutual Funds who can happily invest it. In Mutual Funds only, the risk will be lesser when compared with share market. There is an easy option with investing money in any scheme. That’s why, if you want to save money then you put some percent of income in the best funds. You can see a better growth immediately. Mutual Funds will be saved in their scheme. If there is an increase in profits in any company then the increase also will be seen in your funds. If you can get difficulty in choosing a better fund selection, then you should contact those who have extreme knowledge on mutual funds.
