How to monitor the usage of Printer?| Printer Inspector

After entering in to www. softperfect.com/prouducts/pinspector, click “Download now” link, then setup file will be downloaded. The print inspector will be opened with displaying special menu bar, Toolbar. With the Tab Buttons of History, Queue, Users, Computers you know printer details. With help of history you can know the details of prints. Queue Tab can be used to know the printing status and Pause, Resume, Restart, Cancel, Properties.  To check Users status, select Users Tab.
