A Sensation was created when the news spread that Collision of primary particles with the speed equal to that of light in the large tunnel beneath the border of Switzerland and France would be carried out. Water on Moon:
India has made its mark in the field of astronomy this year. Chandrayan -1, a prestigious attempt carried out in October last year has revealed many important issues. It has spread our country’s prestige by sending proofs of water on the moon. After working successfully for 312 days, and revolving for 3400 times round the moon, it has sent 70,000 photos to ISRO. Bhuvan’s Victory
Globe on the Screen!… can be rotated any direction. Our country can be seen form the sky. Hills, rivers, forests, cities, and even roads are also visible clearly. That too with a distance of 10 meters only! “Bhuvan” is another achievement of our Indian astronotical Institute, this year. This has been released in beta version to excel the ‘Google earth’ version that shows any region of the world. This has been created with high resolution pictures compared to other globe softwares.
