Good day sir, i am Godwin, a Nigerian. I wish to know either its absolutly compulsory for Nigerians who (1) was colonize by britain, (2) foreign language is English (3) official language English and (4) mode of instructor from primary, post primary and tertiary institution is aqually English, to provide Toefl / Ielts. Reason this had hindered most Nigerians from winning your scholarship. Thanks
