Coming to the diet …take six badam nuts and four dates before going to the gym and after the exercise is over take a glass full of any fruit juice which is energetic. In the breakfast take one idly with chutney,3 boiled eggs only white, a glass of fruit juice and a glass of low fat milk. In the lunch take a cup of vegetable salad besides your normal food and in the evening a cup of sprouts and a glass of fresh fruit juice of a glass of butter milk. The dinner is same as the lunch.

Avoid eating oily food and sweets and try to take pulse or non veg items with only 6 pieces in the lunch and in dinner. It was also good to eat boiled leafy vegetables and vegetables and after one month increase the protein supplement in your diet and after three months you can observe a great change in your physic. So your dream of six pack body is in your hands now start practicing these tips and become healthy and handsome.
