One have to make necessary changes in the diet from the time when the news that you are pregnant. The diet which contains high quantity of vitamins and other proteins are necessary to be in the diet of the pregnant ladies. Many changes took place in the body of the pregnant ladies from the time when they are conceived to the time of delivery. Based on these changes the need of the protein food and digestion power is needed. Taking proper diet that to in the correct time is to be done. Taking excess water in place of coffee and tea is to be done. Each pregnant lady is supposed to take 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.
Calcium is the very important item in the diet of the pregnant lady. The pregnant ladies have to take at least 1200 Mg of calcium through their diet daily. By taking the milk products like milk and curd the body can get the calcium in required quantities. In the same way in the food products like fish, broccoli, beans, leafy vegetables and so on the calcium is available. The folic acid is very important for the proper functioning of the babies mind and back bone in the umbrium. The ladies who wish to become pregnant have to take the folic acid tablets daily without any fail. In the same way these folic tablets are also useful in the primary stages of the pregnancy. The folic acid tablets are to be taken daily without fail in the quantity of 400Mg each till the time of delivery. Besides these folic acid tablets by taking the multi vitamin tablets also the baby gets the required proteins which is useful for the proper growth of the baby in the womb. The folic acid is available in the food items like bean seeds, groundnut, eggs, leafy vegetables, corn, sesame seeds, liver, soya seeds and so on. So it is important to take care of having these food items in the diet which gives the required folic acid to the baby in the womb for the healthy growth.
The vitamin B12 which is there in the meat is useful for the proper functioning and growth of the brain and bones formation in the body. If it is with the case of the non vegetarians taking the soya and soya products can get the vitamin B12 in huge quantity. Besides these items the pregnant ladies are supposed to take the meat products in the diet in the quantity of 10 gm a day. These are available in the food products like milk, meat, eggs, pulses, and in the idlis which are made of the black gram and a mixture of the ravva and other food products like dosa, pongali, kichidi and so on. Besides these issues there are some of the problems that are faced by the pregnant ladies during the time of pregnancy especially in the first three months after conformation of the pregnancy like vomiting and morning sickness and so on. By making some of the changes in the diet can control the problem of the morning sickness. By taking the food in less quantities in more number though there is appetite or not and that to taking the food products which are rich in potassium and less in fat are to be taken for every one hour.
In the second stage it is advisable to take the balanced diet and 300 calories of extra diet is to be taken in this period which is in between 4 to 6 months. During this stage mainly the problems relating to the digestive system are caused and especially the ladies do not like to take the milk during this time. That is the reason why the pregnant ladies are supposed to take the fruit juices in between the meal to meal. The calcium is high in the food products like fish, coconut water and butter milk.
In the last stages of 7 to 9 months, the stomach becomes weight and difficult to carry because the weight of the baby is increased and even though during that time also the pregnant ladies are supposed to take the balanced and nutritious diet daily without fail. The pregnant ladies have to keep in mind one thing that is the food that they take is not only for them but also for the baby inside the stomach. The growth and the health of the baby totally depend on the food that the pregnant ladies take in their diet daily. This is the important note that is to be noted in the diary without fail. Being in touch with the gynecologist and by taking the food that is very important for the mother as well as for the baby is to be taken so that one can give birth to the healthy baby.
