Food: Sweets, sugary substances and the highly refined items should not be taken. They will undergo fermentation and produce bad bacteria in the digestive tracks. It also shows bad effect on good bacteria. Steroids, anti-pregnancy medicines also show bad effect on good bacteria of intestines. So, these have to be used only by the prescription of a doctor.
