Now bend the head towards right shoulder and try to touch the shoulder with right ear. Stay in this position for ten seconds and come to original position after ten seconds. Do this for five to six times.
• Parsva Utthana Nischala Kriya: Stand Straight. Turn the head towards left slowly while exhaling. After ten seconds come to original position. Inhale deeply and now turn the head towards right. Stay in this position for ten seconds and come back to original position. This Kriya is also to be done for 5 to 6 rounds to relieve Spondylosis pain.
• Adhomukha Greeva Vikasa Kriya: Stand straight. Except the thumbs lock the remaining fingers of tow hands and keep the thumbs under the chin. Now inhale deeply and stop the air inside. Now try to bend the head forward. Now try to stop the bending of head with the thumbs. Keep in this position for ten seconds. Slowly relax. Repeat this for six times.
