In a survey it was proved that there are many chances of attacking breast cancer and compared to the last year record the chances are more and it is the diet that avoid breast cancer. As everyone knows that ‘Prevention is better than cure’ here are some of the useful ideas that are helpful in avoiding breast cancer.

Balanced protein diet and positive attitude towards future keep away women from this breast cancer attack. It was proved in a survey that 80% of breast cancer is cured by taking proper diet and the only thing is that the women are supposed to have an idea regarding this breast cancer and the food that is to be taken.

All kinds of protein foods
Consuming the protein food which improves the resistant power is very essential and it is available in the raw rice, corn, wheat and many in more foods and even the brown bread which is full of fiber is very good for health. Taking fiber food develops estrogen in the body and makes the body free from diseases and cancers.

* Protein food like beans, rajma, peas, groundnut, and green gram are to be boiled and taken in the daily diet.
* Badam, walnut, pista, cashew and many dry fruits are to be taken in the diet in which the monounsaturated fats are available and do well for the heart and other parts of the body.
* Fresh fruits and vegetables are having the power to cure cancer. The phyto chemicals in these food products are helpful to increase the resistant power in the body. It’s good to take fruit salad and vegetable salad daily in the diet to be healthy and strong with good resistant power.

Cruciferous vegetables means broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower are highly proteined and are having the anti oxidants which are helpful in curing breast cancer. In the same way in the tomatoes, water melon, grapes and in guava where we find lycopene which is one another anti oxidant that is helpful in curing breast cancer. In the same way the vitamin c is more in the citrus fruits like lemon, orange, grapes are useful in resistance power. Besides these items all the green leafy vegetables are very good for health and make the body resistant to fight with any disease.

Fresh fruits
In a survey it was proved that fruits are very helpful to the body to fight with the diseases and to improve the cells in the body and for the proper functioning of the body. The enzymes that are released from the fruits are helpful for the total health and the same is available from the juice taken from the wheat grass and bean family products. Even the same power and energy is got from the sprouts of various seeds. The low fat milk, paneer and fat free curd are very good for health and from these products one can get calcium, B12 vitamins and much more useful energy.

Helpful Soya
The seeds of the soya beans had the capacity and power to cure breast cancer. The carcinogenic cells that are there in these seeds are helpful for the body. The saponins, phytates and isophlavones which are available in these soya seeds are very useful for the proper functioning of the body. The soya milk which is extracted from the soya seeds is very useful for the body in many ways.

Fish important for the body
Fish is very useful for the women in many ways. It is better to take 3 times in a week as there are omega 3 fatty acids in the fish which are very helpful for the body and they play a major role in curing breast cancer in women. The antioxidant qualities are more even in garlic and it is better to change the vegetable oil for every one month and the usage of rice bran and olive oil is good for the health and one must keep in mind that 20 calories of all proteins and minerals are to be given to the body from the daily diet.

Preventive measures
o Daily exercise is compulsory and one has to walk nearly 3 miles a day which makes the body and mind fresh and peaceful.
o Green tea is one another anti oxidant which is helpful in curing the breast cancer and the Epigyalocatchin is useful for the proper functioning of the body and prevents from the attack of breast cancer.
o Taking fat contained foods is to be stopped which causes a great danger for the body.
o Avoid eating non vegetarian foods which harm the body and digestive system.
o Avoid using more salt and taking coffee and tea which contain harmful product like caffeine.
o The preservatives that are used in the storage of the cool drinks and other food products are not good for health.
