It is a fact that eating cooked vegetables is digestive and its also a reason for us to have it every time thereby it’s the cause for the increase in glucose levels in blood which further is the cause of diabetes. Also, careful cooking does not favor, as they lose proteins, vitamins, fluids of the respective food item. But this does not happen with uncooked vegetables. The digestive system is accustomed to the cooked food for years, doesn’t accept the sudden change to cooked food diet .Instead, uncooked one’s can be taken gradually which doesn’t cause any problem .our body accepts change in a gradual manner By eating uncooked vegetables, we get more fiber content, so therefore it’s better to take in less quantity as compared to cooked vegetables. Likewise, as we are habituated in eating cooked vegetables, it may take some time to get adjusted to this new habit, for few it may 1 or 2 months, for few it may take 2 years.

Vegetables such as carrot, sweet potato have roots on them, it is better to clean them with water having salt in it. Leaving behind, it is not true that boiling vegetables kills micro organisms. Our body naturally has that power. An enzyme called hydrochloride in intestine does that work. However, by cooking not only harmful dies but also the useful ones.

Anyone cannot eat more uncooked vegetables than required, therefore we can avoid obesity .similarly, because of obesity and use of salt, oil, masala, chili powder which causes excess blood pressure and diabetes can be avoided by the use of uncooked vegetables, also, people taking uncooked vegetables should do enough body exercise for digestion. For few cooked food itself is hard to digest, for them having uncooked vegetables does not give any result, but if digestion is proper having uncooked food yields better results.
