The food that we take must be taken in a less quantity many times a day which can be around six times in a day because it is very good for the health and for the digestive system too. It is better to avoid taking fat food in the diet after 7pm in the evening daily which may damage the digestive system.

Drinking water is very good for the health and during night it is suggestible to drink less water and it is very important to come out of the habit of drinking water in between the food which is not good for the health.

Avoid sleeping in the day times. The best timings for a human being are to sleep from night 10 to morning 6 which makes our body to be in a good condition and to be healthy. Drinking a glass of hot milk before going to sleep and it is the best tip to have a sound sleep.

Waking up early in the morning suddenly in a hurry is not good for the health. So inculcate the habit of practicing some stretchable exercises before getting up from the bed which makes our body feel flexible and comfortable.

Exercises doesn’t mean running or jogging but the small practices like talking without tension, listening to songs, dancing with small steps by moving the legs and so on which makes our body stretch and comfortable.

It is better to be away from the negative thoughts and situations and have positive thinking and mind set. This pleasant mind set make the people to laugh and making others to laugh which is the best medicine for the mental stamina and to have a peace of mind.
